The Link Boutique

The agreement

Terms of Service

Last updated October 31, 2026

The Link Boutique is run by Hello Productive Group (“we”, “us”). These terms are the agreement between us and you, the person or business that opens an account (“you”). By creating an account or using The Link Boutique, you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree for that business and confirm you can.

They are written to be read. If anything is unclear, write to hello@thelinkboutique.com and a person will answer.

1Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract where you live.
  • Give us accurate details and keep your email address current: it is how we reach you about your account and billing.
  • One account holds one shop. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the team members you invite do.
  • Tell us right away at hello@thelinkboutique.com if you think someone else has gotten into your account.

2Plans, trials and billing

  • Free costs nothing. Some features, like taking payments and sending newsletters, need a paid plan.
  • Shop Only and Shop + Audience are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe, through our payment processor, Stripe. They renew automatically until you cancel. Both include a 2% transaction fee on sales, on top of the payment provider’s own fee.
  • Free trials need no card. When a trial ends, your account moves to Free on its own unless you have subscribed. Nothing is charged.
  • Canceling. Cancel any time in Settings → Plan. Your paid features stay on until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. We don’t refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
  • Missed payments. If a renewal fails, we’ll email you. Your shop stays online, its paid features pause, and you have 45 days to update your card. After that your account moves to Free.
  • Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before the price of your current subscription changes. You can cancel before it does.
  • Premium templates are a one-time purchase. You may use the template for your own shop on The Link Boutique for as long as you have an account. You may not resell, copy or share it.
  • Prices do not include taxes that apply to you; where we must collect them, they are added at checkout.

3Selling in your shop

When a customer buys from your shop, the sale is between you and your customer. The Link Boutique provides the software; you are the seller.

  • Payments go to your own payment account (for example Stripe), which you connect yourself and which is governed by that provider’s own terms. We never hold your customers’ money.
  • You are responsible for what you sell and for describing it honestly; for shipping, delivery, bookings and events; for refunds, returns, chargebacks and customer service; and for your own shop policies.
  • You are responsible for sales tax, VAT and any other taxes on your sales, and for any licenses and laws that apply to your business. Tax tools in your payment account only collect where you have set them up.
  • We do not take a share of your sales today. If we add or raise a fee on sales, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies.

4Emailing your customers and subscribers

  • Only email people who have agreed to hear from you. If you import a list, you confirm you have their permission.
  • Follow the email laws that apply to you, such as CAN-SPAM in the US. Add your business’s postal address in Settings: we print it, with a one-click unsubscribe link, at the foot of every newsletter.
  • We may pause sending from a shop whose emails draw a high rate of bounces or spam complaints, to protect every other shop’s delivery, and we will tell you why.

5Your content

You own what you put in your shop: your words, photos, products, files, posts and customer lists. You give us permission to store, copy, display and send that content only as needed to run The Link Boutique for you, for example showing your shop to visitors and delivering your emails. That permission ends when your content is deleted.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including photos, fonts and digital files you sell.

6What you can't do

Don’t use The Link Boutique to:

  • sell anything illegal where you or your customers are, or anything your payment provider prohibits (Stripe publishes its list of restricted businesses);
  • sell counterfeit goods, or use other people’s trademarks, photos or work without permission;
  • mislead people, including false health claims, fake reviews or pretending to be someone else;
  • harass, threaten or promote hate or violence against anyone;
  • send spam, phishing or malware, or collect people’s details under false pretenses;
  • break, overload, probe or get around the security of The Link Boutique, or reach other shops’ data.

If we find a shop doing these things, we may hide a product, pause the shop or close it, as described in section 9. We tell you which and why by email, and you can answer us by replying to it.

Anyone can tell us about a shop that breaks these rules, including a copyright or trademark owner, on our report page.

7Our part

The Link Boutique itself, its software, design, templates and the fonts and artwork we provide, belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You may use them to build and run your shop here, not copy them elsewhere.

We work hard to keep The Link Boutique running and your data safe, and we keep improving it, which means features can change. When a change takes away something you rely on, we will tell you ahead of time.

8Shop addresses and domains

  • Your shop’s address on The Link Boutique (yourname.thelinkboutique.com) is yours to use while your account is open. We may take back a name that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or belongs to a closed account.
  • If you connect a domain you own, it stays yours. You keep it registered and its records pointed at us; if it stops pointing at us, your shop is still reachable at its The Link Boutique address.

9Closing an account

  • You can delete your shop and close your account at any time in Settings. Any subscription is canceled so you are not charged again. We keep your data for 45 days, in case you change your mind, and then erase it permanently. Download anything you want to keep, such as your orders and subscribers, first.
  • We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, puts customers or other shops at risk, or goes unpaid, and we will tell you why. If the problem can be fixed, we will usually give you the chance first.

10Warranties and liability

The Link Boutique is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those written in these terms, including that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data or indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and $100. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is brought against us because of what you sell, what you upload or how you treat your customers.

11Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Please write to us first; most problems are solved by a conversation. If they are not, the state and federal courts located in Florida decide any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as The Link Boutique grows. When a change matters, we will email account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect and change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using The Link Boutique after that, the new terms apply; if you don’t agree, you can close your account.
