About an order from a shop
Every shop on The Link Boutique is its own business, and it handles its own orders, shipping, bookings and refunds. The quickest answer comes from the shop: reply to your receipt email, or use the contact details on the shop’s page. You can also find your orders with the Orders link on the shop.
If you can’t reach a shop, or you think one is misleading people, report the shop and we will look into it.
For shop owners
- Locked out? Reset your password.
- Billing and receipts are in Settings → Plan once you are signed in.
- Anything else, including a privacy request or a report of a security problem, write to the address above.
